What will you be doing at Miniclip?

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Work alongside the Product team on the production and scheduling of

genre defining games, motivating the development team to deliver the

product roadmap on time and budget.

• Help ensure project goals and vision are understood, create and track production

plans and reports, ensuring everyone is motivated to deliver on our goals.

• Liaise with QA, Engineering, Art and Product to ensure releases are well

defined, clearly communicated, high quality and meet all requirements.

• Assist in communicating with external partners where required.

• Coordinate with QA to ensure high-quality and timely releases.

• Liaise with the Miniclip marketing teams to coordinate marketing campaigns

effectively with releases.

• Analyse the ongoing team output and areas of strength/weakness, and use this

knowledge to help optimise releases and game updates.

Skills and Experience

DESIRABLE:

• 1+ years of professional experience in Production within the games industry.

• Prior experience handling multi-disciplinary teams.

• Prior experience in reporting project status.

• Prior experience in project scheduling and delivery.

• Prior experience with F2P mobile games.

• Prior experience with Jira, Confluence, Google Docs/Sheets/Slides
